A Deep Tissue Massage incorporates firmer pressure to access deeper layers of muscle and fascia, and provide relief from built-up tension. The pressure and techniques are always tailored to your preference. This treatment provides soft-tissue release, and increased blood, lymph and energy movement. The nature of this treatment is to move stagnation out of the body, so you are left feeling more clear, and able to move through life more freely. Cupping, Gua Sha, and Sound Therapy may be incorporated into this treatment. Always drink plenty of water after a massage.

Relaxation Massage

A Relaxation Massage incorporates light to medium pressure, and the techniques used are more focused on soothing and deeply relaxing the body and nervous system. This treatment provides soft tissue release, and increased blood, lymph, and energy movement. Cupping and Sound Therapy may be incorporated into this treatment. Always drink plenty of water after a massage.

Tuning Fork Sound Therapy

60 minutes ~ $90

This treatment is 60 full minutes of sound therapy using high-quality Biofield Tuning Forks, to invite more coherence, balance, and freedom into your body and energy-field. It is a completely personalized energy-work session. Janelle will listen deeply to your specific goals and needs. She will use a variety of different forks, working off the body, as well as on the body. Client is fully clothed for this session. Vibrational medicine is subtle, yet profoundly powerful. This modality is a wholistic approach and may treat physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. The nature of this treatment is to ultimately promote deep relaxation, and somatically remind you of the brilliant nature of your body and life force.
